Direction From Gatlinburg
The easiest way to get to Foxfire Mountain from Gatlinburg is to start at Traffic Light #3, and follow East Parkway 321 (2.7 miles) to stoplight 3A at Glades Rd. Turn left onto Glades Road and follow it (3.2 miles) through The Arts and Crafts District until you come to a stop sign. Turn left onto Bird’s Creek Road and follow it (4.6 miles) until you reach Highway 416 Pittman Center Road. Turn right onto Pittman Center Road. Follow Pittman Center road for 1.5 miles, then make a left onto Richardson Cove Road. Follow the road right across the bridge and just keep on going we are only 3.5 miles from this point. Total drive should take about 25 – 30 minutes.
*Note to GPS users:
– Do not take Bear Mountain Rd. or N. Ball Hollow, just keep on Jones Cove Rd. and let your GPS reroute.
– Make sure to take Glades rd. at stoplight 3A and NOT 416N
